Everything was simply fine. Possibly the best and very nice stay which nicely wafted into the breakfast area. Had the standard king room which was immaculate with good bathroom.

It was clean and top-notch place, had great staff and location.

Clean and quiet little place and the breakfast was splendid. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a work desk and television in the room.

I had an excellant stay at this low-budget hotel. The stuff was welcoming and provided good services. The room was immaculate and bright, the bathroom was large. The breakfast was awesome and adequate; included fruit, hardboiled eggs and meats.

An outstanding stay and great for the money. The location and staff were wonderful, we liked this extremely convenient hotel. Variety of food for breakfast including milk, fruit, pastries, jam and bread. Our room had a comfortable bed and a truly special view. Easy check in and late check out.

Practical location, fine bed and, of course, sweet staff. I enjoyed my well-equipped room and its luxurious bathroom. The English breakfast was lovely: cereal, pastries, cheese, slices of fresh bread and fruit. Fairly clean hotel, top-notch service: D

Newly remodelled hotel, super location and very hospitable staff. The bed was soft, and I really enjoyed that the room was light and great. They made my stay awesome. Service in the venue was friendly too. My luck was that it had free WiFi throughout the property.

Everything was exceptional at this hotel, VERY WELCOMING staff. I liked that the room was tasteful and individual. There was a takeout breakfast, it included fruit, cereal, breads, milk and cheese. Restaurant in venue was top-notch and the pool area was amazing.

Staff was incredibly polite, location cute, bed best. Breakfast had an above average continental option. Having iron/ironing board, terrace and mosquito nets in my appropriate room was really great. There was a beautiful restaurant, the shops and the markets next door.

It was a fairly nice experience overall. The staff was amazingly nice & everything was first-class. Booked a room with absolutely fabulous views. Quick check in and in general welcoming service.

By and large, it was welcome base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun. Their manager is the best! The restaurant was located within 700 feet.

The location was perfect, with Osteria i Brincello nearby. Near ponte vecchio. I totally recommend it with confidence...

We were traveling to Florence for one night. We could have lunch in la cocotte restaurant set within 100 feet.
